Being a teenager can be a challenging time. Who am I? Who will accept me for who I am? Why do bad things happen? Does God really exist? At Ignition, we believe Jesus has the answers to these questions, and a whole lot more. We believe God is involved in all the details of our lives (including the messy parts!) and wants to have a relationship with us through his Son, Jesus.
Ignition is a community all about growing young followers of Jesus, so that they can go for Him, sharing the good news with the world around them.
Ignition meets every Friday night at the church building, 6pm to 8:30pm during the school term, for years 6 to 12.
On a typical Friday night we:
- Enjoy our community by hanging out and eating dinner and supper with each other
- Grow in our knowledge and love of Jesus by hearing easy to listen to Bible talks
- Encourage each other in our personal faith in small discussion groups
